Healthcare leaders, clinician leaders, clinicians, and learners who are dedicated to improving clinical care and operational effectiveness and engaging in scholarship within healthcare systems.

A team of faculty with deep experience in healthcare redesign and evaluation.

Strengthen your ability to design, implement, and measure the impact of programs and innovations aimed at improving healthcare access, value, experience, and outcomes.

Live, interactive, action-oriented, competency-based modules prepare participants to:

Formulate compelling operational and/or clinical evaluation questions

Match the appropriate methodology and design frameworks to your questions

Apply design thinking and user-centered design methods

Develop optimized goals, metrics, timelines, and milestones
